Develop the labeling of an artisanal blueberry jam, without dyes or preservatives, with an old recipe and fruits from the Frescos d’Almeirim farm. Frescos d’Almeirim was a Portuguese company selling and distributing fresh fruit and vegetable baskets 100% national, mostly from Ribatejo. The company positioned itself as a brand against food waste and one of its practices was to monetize the surplus and discard production. In this case, if there was a surplus of blueberries, the company decided to turn it into an artisanal jam.
